STATEMENT by Centerra Gold LLC

At its regular Cabinet meeting held on September 11, 2019, the Government of Mongolia determined to upgrade the current status of the state special protected area of Mount Noyon located in Mandal soum of Selenge province to a national park and discussed the matter of revocation of the mineral licenses that are completely unrelated to Mount Noyon. In connection with the Cabinet meeting, Centerra Gold Mongolia LLC deems it necessary to make the following statement.
